Stuck in a rut? This workshop will help you dust off and wring out! We will focus on freeing up mobility in the pelvis, spine and shoulders and will break out of our habitual, linear asana patterns in order to create some creative and challenging shapes with the body. We will build towards Bird of Paradise, Bound (and Revolved Bound) Half-Moon and Compass Pose, among others. This workshop is open to practitioners of all levels; come willing to have fun and laugh at yourself a little!
