Memberships may be “frozen” for no less than one week and no more than two months.

Activates on date of purchase. Does not auto-renew. Month Member passes cannot be suspended or frozen, but we at Thrive can work with individual clients to resolve any unforeseen emergencies or circumstances. Please plan ahead before purchasing this type of pass.
MULTI-USE PASSES (Expire 12 months after purchase)
Multi-use passes can be used for all Thrive classes and can be shared. These passes activate on the date of purchase.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
All sales are final, and no refunds are provided after the purchase of a class package. If you choose not to continue your package, you are not eligible for a refund. Merchandise sales are final, and we provide refunds only as store credit or exchange in the case of a fault. No refunds are issued in cash.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Santa Fe Thrive LLC reserves the right to refuse service to clients who violate our policies, create an environment detrimental to the positive experience of our community, or engage in disruptive and disrespectful behavior with other participants or staff.
