Frequently Asked Questions
What are your studio guidelines?
Please arrive early. Classes begin on time and late entry is not permitted. Please be on your mat or bike at least five minutes before start time. Mobile phones should remain on silent in lobby areas only. Proper footwear is required in the Cycle Room; the Yoga Room is a shoe-free space.
How do you ensure a safe, respectful environment?
Thrive is committed to a welcoming, respectful experience. If behavior is inappropriate or disruptive, please report it to management. Thrive reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose words, actions, demeanor or behavior conflicts with our values.
How do I sign up for a class?
You may book classes through the MindBody app or the Thrive website. Advance booking is recommended as classes may fill.
What is the reservation cancellation policy?
You must cancel reservations at least 3 hours before class time to retain your credit. If you are on a waitlist, you must cancel at least 1 hour before class time.
Do passes expire?
• Class passes and multi-use passes (not memberships): Passes purchased after January 1, 2023 remain valid for their specified duration (e.g., 12 months for most multi-use passes) as long as Thrive is in business. Passes purchased during our previous no-expiration period will be honored.
• Memberships and Nomad passes: Valid for duration specified on purchase and subject to membership terms.
What is your refund or return policy?
All sales are final. Memberships, Nomad passes, and class passes are non-refundable once purchased. Merchandise exchanges or store credits may be offered for manufacturing faults; refunds are not issued in cash.
Can I pay with a check?
No, Thrive does not accept checks.
Does Thrive have showers?
Yes. Private-use showers and complimentary towels are available; please be courteous with shared spaces.
Are children allowed to wait at the studio?
No. Thrive does not offer childcare. Children under 14 must be accompanied and directly supervised by a guardian.
Service Animals
Thrive welcomes service animals in accordance with ADA guidelines. Handlers must remain mindful of others and the environment, as our heated yoga and cycling rooms may not be suitable for animals. Handlers are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their service animals at all times. Thrive reserves the right to request the removal of any animal that is disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with operations. We appreciate a call in advance when possible to prepare and ask that you allow extra time upon arrival to ensure the best experience for everyone.
Lost and Found
Found items are held briefly. Thrive is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Weather / Cancellations
Thrive generally follows the Santa Fe Public School system for weather delays and cancellations. Canceled classes will reflect in the MindBody schedule and credits will be applied.
General Policies
Thrive reserves the right to update policies, pricing, and scheduling with notice to members.
