WHAT ARE YOUR STUDIO GUIDELINES?

Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and focused environment at Thrive. Please take a moment to review these simple guidelines:

  • Arrive Early: Classes begin promptly. Late entry is not permitted, so please be on your mat or bike at least five minutes before start time. Reserved spots will be given to waiting clients starting 2 minutes before class.

  • Mindful Use of Technology: Mobile devices are welcome in silent mode in lobby areas only. Please refrain from using devices in the yoga or cycle rooms.

  • Proper Footwear: Clean athletic or cycling shoes are required in the Cycle Room. The Yoga Room is a shoe-free space.

  • Class Updates: In the event of a cancellation due to weather, instructor illness, or other circumstances, we will notify you and credit your account.

  • Minor Supervision: Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian at all times.

  • Service Animals: Welcome with their owner present. Please note our staff cannot provide supervision or care.

HOW DO YOU ENSURE A SAFE, RESPECTFUL AND SUPPORTIVE EXPERIENCE?

Thrive prioritizes well-being and a safe, respectful environment for all participants and team members. We rely on shared standards of conduct to uphold this atmosphere. Please report any behavior, words, or demeanor that feels inappropriate or disruptive discreetly to management. To protect the community, Thrive reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior conflicts with our values or disrupts the wellness experience. We uphold these standards without exception.

DOES THRIVE HAVE SHOWERS?

Yes, we have private-use showers and offer complimentary towels. Ask at the front desk.

IS THRIVE A BIKRAM OR BARKAN YOGA STUIO?

Thrive is not associated with the Bikram or Barkan brands. While a small number of our classes may be based on those practices, they are modified and designed to the parameters of the instructors who teach them.

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?

You may sign up for class through the MindBody app or our website. Although you can walk in without a reservation, classes often fill, and we recommend signing up ahead of time.

CAN I PAY WITH A CHECK?

Sorry, we do not accept checks for payment.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

You must cancel reservations at least 3 hours before class time to keep your pass. If you are on a wait list, you must cancel at least 1 hour before class.

DO PASSES EXPIRE?

Yes, passes expire one year from date of purchase. Passes purchased during our previous no-expiration policy will be honored.

WHAT IS YOUR INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY?

Thrive generally follows the Santa Fe Public School system. If schools are canceled or on a two hour delay, early morning classes are canceled and the studio opens at 9am. The MindBodyOnline schedule will reflect these cancellations. Participants pre-registered for canceled classes will be early-cancelled, and class credit will remain unused.

CAN MY KIDS WAIT AT THE STUDIO WHILE I AM IN CLASS?

Thrive does not provide childcare. We reserve the right to allow minors to use our facilities at management discretion after a parent or guardian signs a waiver. Children under 14 must attend class accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains fully responsible for them. No unattended children are allowed at the studio at any time.

CAN I RENT THE THRIVE STUDIO FOR PRIVATE CLASSES OR EVENTS?

At this time, our space is not available for rent to parties outside of our regular staff.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Thrive welcomes service animals in accordance with ADA guidelines. Handlers must remain mindful of others and the environment, as our heated yoga and cycling rooms may not be suitable for animals. Handlers are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their service animals at all times. Thrive reserves the right to request the removal of any animal that is disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with operations. We appreciate a call in advance when possible to prepare and ask that you allow extra time upon arrival to ensure the best experience for everyone.

IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?

Thrive keeps found items in our back room for a short period as a courtesy. We reserve the right to dispose of items deemed unsafe or unsanitary. Thrive is not responsible for lost or damaged items brought into the studio. We strongly encourage members of our community to leave all valuables in their vehicles or at home.
