HOW DO YOU ENSURE A SAFE, RESPECTFUL AND SUPPORTIVE EXPERIENCE?
Your well-being and positive experience at Thrive are our top priorities. We are committed to fostering a studio environment that is safe, respectful, and welcoming for all clients and team members.
We rely on a shared standard of thoughtful conduct to uphold this atmosphere. If you experience or witness behavior—whether words, actions, or demeanor—that feels inappropriate, disruptive, or unwelcome, please report it discreetly to management.
To protect the integrity of our community, Thrive reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone whose behavior conflicts with our values or disrupts the wellness experience we strive to offer. These standards are upheld without exception.
DOES THRIVE HAVE SHOWERS?
Yes, we have private-use showers and offer complimentary towels. Ask at the front desk.
IS THRIVE A BIKRAM OR BARKAN YOGA STUIO?
No, Thrive is in no way associated with the Bikram or Barkan brands. A small number of the classes we offer may be based on those types of practice, but are modified and designed to the parameters of the instructors who teach such classes.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
You may sign up for class using the MindBody app, or via our website. Although you can also walk in without a reservation, our classes may be filled. We recommend signing up ahead of time.
CAN I PAY WITH A CHECK?
Sorry, we do not accept checks for payment.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You must cancel your reservations at least 3 hours before class time in order to keep your pass. If you are on a wait list, you must cancel at least 1 hour before class time.
DO PASSES EXPIRE?
Yes. All passes expire one year from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY?
In general, Thrive follows the Santa Fe Public School system; if the schools are canceled or on a two hour delay, early morning classes will be canceled and the studio will open at 9am. Whenever classes are canceled, MindBodyOnline schedule will reflect these cancelations. Participants pre-registered for canceled classes will be early-cancelled and class credit will remain unused.
CAN MY KIDS WAIT AT THE STUDIO WHILE I AM IN CLASS?
Sorry, but Thrive does not provide childcare. Thrive reserves the right to allow minors to use our facilities upon discretion of management and after an adult parent or guardian has signed a waiver. Children under 14 must take class accompanied by adult parent or guardian. Adult parent or guardian is fully responsible for child at all times. No unattended children are allowed at the studio at any time.
CAN I RENT THE THRIVE STUDIO FOR PRIVATE CLASSES OR EVENTS?
At this time, our space is not available for rent to parties outside of our regular staff.
SERVICE ANIMALS
Thrive welcomes service animals in accordance with ADA guidelines. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all, we ask that handlers remain mindful of others and of the studio environment—our yoga and cycling rooms are heated and may not be suitable for animals.
Handlers are fully responsible for the care and supervision of their service animals at all times. Staff are not permitted to provide care, and Thrive reserves the right to request the removal of any animal that is disruptive, unsafe, or interferes with studio operations.
If you plan to visit with a service animal, we appreciate a call in advance, when possible, so we can prepare accordingly. Please also allow extra time upon arrival to ensure the best experience for everyone.
IS THERE A LOST AND FOUND?
Yes, as a courtesy, we keep found items in our back room for a short period of time. Thrive reserves the right to dispose of items deemed unsafe or unsanitary. Thrive is not responsible for any lost or damaged items that clients choose to bring into the studio. We strongly encourage clients to leave all valuables in their vehicles or at home.
