Let's get upside down! This workshop is entirely dedicated to breaking down the mechanics behind safely building Urdhva Mukha Vrksasana, or Handstand. You will practice various drills and take away a variety of tools to help you develop this inversion skillfully and in a technically sound way. This workshop is open to practitioners of all skill levels, from those wishing to learn the basics about beginning to go upside down to those who wish to refine their handstand technique and learn a few new tricks. This workshops is not recommended for those with existing wrist or shoulder injuries.
