Welcome to Santa Fe Thrive LLC (“Thrive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing passes or memberships, or attending classes at our studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. Studio Participation

Participation in yoga, cycling, strength, and wellness classes involves physical activity and inherent risk. By attending classes or using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

All clients must complete and agree to Thrive’s Liability Waiver prior to participation.

Thrive reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our studio values.

  1. Memberships and Billing

Recurring memberships (Thrive 8, Thrive 16, Thrive Unlimited, and Legacy memberships) automatically renew monthly.

By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Thrive to charge your payment method on file for recurring monthly payments at the selected rate until canceled.

To prevent renewal, cancellation must be completed prior to your next scheduled billing date through your MindBody account or by written request.

Payments are non-refundable once processed.

Memberships do not include freeze options.

Unused classes under Thrive 8 and Thrive 16 do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

  1. Nomad Passes and Class Passes

Nomad passes and other class packages are prepaid and non-recurring.

Nomad passes activate upon first use and expire according to their stated duration (6 or 12 months). They do not include freeze options and do not auto-renew.

All pass sales are final and non-refundable.

  1. Reservations and Cancellations

Clients are responsible for managing their reservations.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to session deductions or fees as outlined in our FAQs and Membership Agreement.

Thrive reserves the right to update cancellation windows and policies with notice.

  1. Pricing and Policy Changes

Thrive may update pricing, services, policies, and scheduling with advance notice.

Legacy pricing, when applicable, is subject to the terms defined in the Membership Agreement.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, copy, class descriptions, and branding, is the property of Santa Fe Thrive LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We may collect:

• Name

• Phone number
• Mailing address
• Payment information
• Purchase history
• Class attendance history
• Communications with us

Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., MindBody and payment processors). Thrive does not store full credit card numbers.

We use your information to:

• Process memberships and purchases
• Manage class bookings
• Send confirmations and reminders
• Provide customer support
• Send studio updates and promotional emails
• Improve studio operations and client experience

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

• Payment processors
• Scheduling and booking platforms (such as MindBody)

• Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no digital system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
