Using Our Website
Our website helps you learn about Thrive, view class schedules, purchase passes or memberships, and connect with our studio. You must be at least 13 years old to use our site.
Purchases and Memberships
You can buy class passes, memberships, and other items through the site. Memberships auto-renew each month unless canceled before your next billing date. Once charged, membership fees are non-refundable but remain active through the billing cycle.
For cancellations or freeze requests, email studio@santafethrive.com. Passes and merchandise are non-refundable, except for faulty items, which may be exchanged. Regular passes may not be refunded except in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
Freezing Memberships
Memberships may be frozen for 1–4 weeks with advance notice. Longer freezes may be allowed in special situations such as medical leave, pregnancy, or relocation.
Online Behavior
You agree to use the site respectfully. Do not post harmful, unlawful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to suspend or remove access if needed.
Studio Policies
By using our site and services, you agree to follow our studio policies, including showing respect to fellow clients and staff. We may refuse service if our policies are not followed.
Communications
By signing up or contacting us, you agree we may reach out via email or other electronic methods. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Intellectual Property
