Summer carries an abundance of active, outward energy. This calming Yin Yoga series offers a quieter counterbalance, inviting you to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with a steadier rhythm.
Each Friday, Emily will guide a practice inspired by 1 of the 5 elements: Air, Water, Earth, Fire, and Ether. Through long-held postures, supportive props, and tranquil music, each class explores the qualities of its element while creating space for stillness, ease, and presence.
Yin Yoga works with the body’s deeper connective tissues and can support flexibility and range of motion. The practice also invites both body and mind to remain present, offering a gentle balance to the more active energy of the season.

All levels welcome. Mat required. Unheated. Room temperature is approximately 75°F.
