Bhakti is often translated as loving devotion. This 90-minute special class offers an accessible and embodied introduction to one of yoga's oldest and most heart-centered paths.
Through rhythmic asana, kirtan, pranayama, and meditation, Willow will guide participants through a practice designed to cultivate care for the body, life force, and the divine. The class moves as a single integrated experience, strong and grounded, building vitality and presence while remaining rooted in the spirit of devotion.
No prior experience with Bhakti Yoga is required. This offering is open to all levels and invites you to move with intention, listen closely, and connect more deeply with the wisdom of your own body.
