The heart of the experience is conscious circular breathwork, a potent modality distinct from traditional pranayama. Often compared to the insights of plant medicine, this technique increases oxygen flow to release stored trauma, emotional residue, and stress. Research shows breathwork can ease anxiety, support mental clarity, ignite creativity, and foster deep contentment.
The session also includes journaling, partner work, and guided self-inquiry, followed by a visualization meditation for integration and healing. We will close with optional sharing to anchor what you wish to carry forward from this experience.
