This 90-minute guided Pilates practice will gently engage core muscles to release stress and re-align and relax the body.
Exercises engaging the core using props, gentle lighting and mindful facilitation will be at the center of the session, which will start and end with a guided meditation to ground and center the mind.
This intensive is appropriate for all levels, including pregnant participants. Modifications for injuries or physical limitations will be provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early to discuss your physical status with instructor to ensure the most effective, positive and nourishing experience possible.
