This vigorous, two-hour practice, will begin and end with kirtan (chanting). We will focus on building strength and technique, and with the help of ample core work, we will break down the components of and build the foundations for some inversion and arm balancing play. This class is open to all, but is not recommended for those completely new to vinyasa yoga. Be prepared to challenge yourself and explore the element of play in your practice.
