WHY FLOW NOW — with Rae

In a time when the world can feel fast, fragmented, and uncertain, the ability to generate a sense of flow becomes more than a physical experience. It becomes a way to restore continuity, presence, and steadiness within.

This 90-minute workshop explores why flow-based yoga can feel so supportive, and why at times it may feel inaccessible or disconnected. Through a thoughtful progression of somatic exercises, journaling, and movement, Rae Anderson will guide you through how flow is created, both within a vinyasa practice and in ways that extend beyond the mat.

The session opens with somatic exercises to reconnect with the body and guided journaling to bring awareness to emotional patterns and internal rhythms. From there, Rae introduces the specific principles and transitions that support a more integrated approach to flowing yoga, across levels and styles. The workshop closes with a full flow sequence that draws together everything explored in the session.

Discover how to joyfully maximize both your movement and energy, on your mat and in the broader texture of your life.

No prior experience required.

COST: $30
