Join Barrett for an immersive 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you mindfully practice surrender as you transition into the season of fall.
The heart of this experience is conscious circular breathwork, a potent modality distinct from traditional pranayama. Often compared to the insights of plant medicine, this technique increases oxygen flow to help release stored trauma, emotional residue, and stress. Research shows that breathwork can ease anxiety, support mental clarity, ignite creativity, and foster deep contentment.
The session also includes journaling, partner work, and guided self-inquiry, followed by a visualization meditation for integration and healing. We will close with optional sharing to help anchor what you wish to carry forward from this experience.
In this workshop, you will begin with 15 minutes of Buti Yoga, which blends power vinyasa, shaking to release tension, and high-intensity interval movement. This is followed by 15 minutes of restorative and opening postures, then 10 minutes of chakra chanting to deepen vibrational awareness and connect with subtle energy.
A brief teaching on surrender will guide you into the core of the session, where you will explore your inner landscape through journaling, partner work, and inquiry. The workshop culminates in a full conscious breathwork journey, supported by music and guided prompts.
You will leave knowing what you are ready to surrender or surrender to, and with an embodied understanding of the action or stillness needed to align with that intention and carry it into your daily life.
