STUDIO COORDINATOR – PART TIME

2 Positions Open. (10-15 Hours per Week)

SUMMARY:

Santa Fe Thrive is hiring two professional, leadership-minded Studio Coordinators to support daily operations and ensure a premium experience for our community. In this role, you serve as a key representative of Thrive leadership during your shifts, maintaining the high standards of our space and service.

THE ROLE

  • Leadership & Coverage: Providing on-site authority and reliable studio coverage.

  • Facilities Excellence: Ensuring a pristine studio environment and equipment readiness.

  • Client Service: Managing check-ins, transactions, and client accounts with a professional presence.

  • Operational Support: Assisting the Studio Manager with inventory, task lists, special projects and team coordination.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Status: Part-time W-4 Employee.

  • Hours: Average of 10–15 hours per week.

  • Availability: Flexible (including a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends).

  • Compensation: Stable monthly salary, commensurate with experience.
