Somatic Practice Circle — with guest instructor Caro Myers

The holiday season can be full, fast, and demanding, often leaving little space to pause and reconnect. Somatic Practice Circle offers a gentle invitation to slow down, tune inward, and return to the body in a supportive group setting.

Led by guest instructor Caro Myers, this 90-minute workshop introduces accessible somatic practices designed to help regulate the nervous system, build body awareness, and restore a sense of steadiness and presence. Through simple guided movement, mindful attention, and moments of stillness, participants will explore ways to notice and respond to internal sensations with greater care and curiosity.

The experience will include time for journaling and reflection to support integration, and will close with a short meditation to help settle and absorb what has been practiced. No prior experience with somatic work is required. This circle is designed to be approachable, grounding, and supportive for anyone seeking to reconnect with themselves during a busy season.

Come as you are, and join us in creating space to listen, soften, and slow down together.

COST: $40
