Santa Fe Thrive Pass Policies

Santa Fe Thrive LLC and all its facilities and staff reserve the right to refuse service to clients who violate our policies, create an environment that is detrimental to a positive experience for others, or engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

Memberships

Thrive 8, Thrive 16, Thrive Unlimited
These are all-inclusive, recurring memberships with pricing that includes Gross Receipts Tax, complimentary mat and yoga towel service, and a 10% retail merchandise discount. Memberships auto-renew monthly and do not include a freeze option.

Thrive 8: 8 classes per billing cycle
Thrive 16: 16 classes per billing cycle
Thrive Unlimited: Unlimited regularly scheduled classes

Unused classes in Thrive 8 and Thrive 16 expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Members are responsible for canceling classes in advance if they cannot attend. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to deduction or fees per your membership terms.

Thrive 16 – Legacy
A special recurring membership rate reserved for eligible current members transitioning from prior membership tiers. This contract is not available for online sale and will be managed directly by the studio team.

Nomad Passes

For clients who prefer flexibility without a monthly auto-renewing contract:

Nomad Annual: 60 classes valid for 12 months from first use
Nomad Seasonal: 30 classes valid for 6 months from first use

Nomad passes include complimentary mat and yoga towel service and a 10% retail merchandise discount, activate on first use, and do not carry freeze or rollover options.

Multi-Use Passes

Other class pass options (such as 10-class or 20-class passes) may be available and will state their specific terms upon purchase (including any expiration rules).

Visitor Passes

Visitor passes (e.g., short-term multi-use or short unlimited options) are available only for clients visiting from outside Santa Fe County and are validated with appropriate proof of travel (e.g., out-of-state ID or travel itinerary). These pass terms and limitations are posted at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for memberships, Nomad passes, or class packages once purchased. Merchandise is final sale; exchanges or store credit may be issued for manufacturing faults. Cash refunds are not provided.
