Join Cinna for a 90-minute intensive session that will leave you feeling taller, stronger and proud of all your body can do!
The first 30 minutes will be a workshop on mobilization and stabilization in standing, supine and prone exercises to maximize core engagement, shoulder strength and mind-body engagement led by breath. After a short break, Cinna will lead a 55-minute Pilates practice using verbal cues, gentle adjustments and a sequence of exercises.
This intensive is appropriate for all levels and modifications for injuries will be provided (please arrive 15 minutes early to discuss). Not appropriate for pregnant clients.
