The Power of Props will cover the six motions of the spine (extension, lateral opening, twisting, back-bending, key inversions, and forward folding) and how to integrate the usage of props. Come discover, experiment and enjoy a fresh approach to your practice.
Bring a notebook, pencil, mat, a Mexican blanket or two (optional) & an open mind!
The room will be kept at a warm 80 degrees.
