Santa Fe Thrive LLC is looking for an enthusiastic team member for our studio facilities in Santa Fe, NM. SUMMARY:

The Studio Coordinator (SC) at Santa Fe Thrive LLC (“Thrive” or “The Company”) provides full administrative and operational support to the Studio Operations Manager (SOM). This is a part-time position focused on weekend and opening/closing studio shift coverage. Upon hire, the SC will undergo a 90-day trial period, at the end of which an evaluation will be conducted by the Owner and Director (OD) and SOM, and the ongoing working relationship will be re-assessed. The scope and responsibilities of this position are subject to the evolution of The Company.

STRUCTURE AND SCOPE:

The Studio Coordinator is under administrative management of the Owner and Director and reports to the Studio Operations Manager. The SC collaborates closely with other studio staff and has primary and supporting responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Studio shift coverage

  • Development of the position

  • Sales and customer service

  • Administrative assistance

  • Inventory

  • Marketing

  • Research and development

  • Community outreach

  • Retail

  • Client relations

  • Client account management

  • Studio staff recruiting and training

  • Facilities upkeep

  • Supplies and equipment

  • Operations assistance

GENERAL SCOPE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The primary role of the SC is to provide studio coverage and support the OD, SOM and other SCs in all administrative and operational tasks related to facilities upkeep, sales, staff training and customer service. Of particular importance is the job of developing the position for which they are hired, as this is part of the ongoing administrative and operational evolution at Santa Fe Thrive LLC. SC will be assigned main areas of focus, which may change in time, and will overlap in other areas with other SCs.

The SC provides administrative support in management meetings, staff meetings and events inside and outside the normal schedule of operations at Thrive.

Responsibilities related to studio coverage include studio opening and closing duties.

Additional duties include training and oversight of support staff (work trade), coordination and maintenance of schedules, task lists, desk tasks, inventory management, marketing support, special event support, community outreach, research and development, and development/maintenance of documents for workflows, practices and procedures.

The SC is expected to participate in Thrive’s scheduled and extracurricular activities, including attending classes, workshops and other events. They are expected to become fully informed about Thrive products and services, pricing schemes, schedules, practices, and other important information necessary to perform their duties fully. They are also expected to constantly educate themselves about yoga, indoor cycling and topics about our services and modalities and their physical and mental fitness benefits. As a member of the Thrive staff, the SC is expected to abide by the principles and core mission of The Company, to act in good faith as its full-time representative both inside and outside Thrive facilities, and to perform their duties to the standards of excellence established by the OD.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

This part time employee position requires a commitment of 20-25 weekly hours with primary focus of availability on weekends and opening/closing shifts. As part of the staff, the individual filling this position must be willing and able to provide additional coverage in coordination with other staff when needed for vacation, illness or as other circumstances demand.

Compensation for this position starts at an hourly rate of $15.00.

The individual filling this position is responsible for their own healthcare benefits and for providing Thrive with all documentation necessary as required by law.
