What do Pigeon plus Chaturanga equal? Flying Pigeon! Technically sound and skillful arm balances require, in most cases, open hips. In this workshop, we will focus on the individual ingredients -- namely, learning proper chaturanga form and creating mobility in all compartments of the hips -- and then we will put the equation together, building towards Eka Pada Galavasana. This workshop is open to practitioners of all levels; modifications will be provided for individuals with existing wrist and shoulder injuries.
