Restorative Yoga with Amy Jane Banfield


This 75-minute Restorative Practice will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and at ease. The class will focus on relieving tension in the physical body and soothing the nervous system. Restorative poses are held up to ten minutes with the support of props (such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps).

Class is suitable for all levels and great for those who are looking to release everyday stress. Gentle adjustments, essential oils and soothing music will be offered during this practice. Class will be held the last Saturday of each month in a warm room (80-85 degrees).
