The Art of Relaxation, with Alyx Walkinshaw

This monthly nurturing sequence will include a blend of Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga postures, combined with breath awareness, to release tension in the deeper layers of the body, quiet the mind, and calm the nervous system. Throughout the practice you will also get the opportunity to receive Reiki (‘universal life energy’, and a system of natural healing), to restore balance at the physical, emotional, and energetic level. You can expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed.
