Annie Kohn Mullins

Fascinated with the development of the human body, spirit and mind, Annie initially found yoga as a way to prevent injuries and support her on her path as a professional dancer and choreographer. A native Santa Fean, lover of movement, family, friends and a good bath before bed, Annie is so grateful for her continuously evolving yoga practice and the gift of being able to share the practice with others. She has a BFA in Dance and Choreography from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Washington. Since moving back to the sunny southwest in 2009, Annie has been teaching dance, choreographing, performing and soaking up the healing and artistic energy of Santa Fe, which influences her classes immensely. Annie began teaching yoga at BODY of Santa Fe after completing her Teacher Training and became an Ambassador at Lululemon, where she was able to reach out to teach classes to the community for free in addition to her own donation-based classes.

Annie's classes combine a balance of power and sweetness with anatomical and energetic focuses within the breath flow. She encourages students to honor individual authenticity and tap into their own visceral richness. Annie is delighted to share the practice of Vinyasa yoga with the intent of providing a nurturing, stimulating space enabling students to emerge from the practice connected and grounded into their core radiance.
